As a Service Preparation Technician, you will be a key contributor to our Service Preparation Team. This team aims to prepare and triage customer repair requests using a standardised process and advanced augmentation tools, that take advantage of our highly connected vehicles. This process ensures a smooth and efficient onsite experience for our customers and workshop teams.
Service Preparation Technicians provide remote support to customers to resolve their concerns whenever possible. When a physical repair is required, you will perform remote diagnosis to determine which repair actions are required. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills through a combination of exciting training programs, and exposure to our advanced diagnostic tools.

Provide customer service: You will process diagnostic requests in a structured way and according to deadlines, setting the teams at our service locations up for success
Tesla Ambassador: Develop an excellent understanding of all Tesla vehicle systems and diagnostic tools
Provide customer Service: Identify and action simple remotely resolvable service requests, to provide an effortless customer journey and deliver clear and concise written and spoken customer communication
Communicate any vehicle and technical updates to relevant stakeholders
Customer support: Willingness to learn new and innovative technologies to further develop in role

Technical knowledge: You can read and interpret technical documents & system logs
Driving license: You are allowed to drive the vehicles
