Responsibilities

• Manage the drone delivery product roadmap strategy and enable launch of new products that are based on customer insights and prioritize features based on customer and business impact

• Launch brand-new shopping experiences for drone delivery customers

• Establish mechanisms to understand our customers, what’s working well, and pain-points within the customer journey

• Understand business problems, define requirements, and translate them into solutions and detailed feature specifications

• Ensure product-launch readiness and stakeholder success by driving adoption and training

• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and key external partner teams to drive buy-in and effectively communicate by translating business needs into actionable technical requirements

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of technical product management experience, owning technology products

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• Experience in building and driving adoption of new services

• Experience with end-to-end product delivery

• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

​ Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field such as engineering or computer science

• Professional experience in the UAS, aviation, or robotics industry

• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
