• Network protocols and routing such as DNS, Route53, VPC, and Load Balancing

• Monitoring and logging tools including Splunk,SignalFX, New Relic, Grafana,Prometheus, and Cloud Watch

• AWS Identify and Access Management using IAM

• Incident Management tools
