- 5 years of experience in establish systems for continuous program improvement through metrics and analysis.
- 5 years of experience in data-driven program management, including independent data collection, tracking, and reporting.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with TelCo, first- or third-party ecosystems, or engineering productivity.
- Knowledge of common technical operations and program management methodologies.
- Ability to design technical solutions, tools, or write scripts to automate routine tasks.
