Join the Azure Portal team as a Senior Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in developing the main interface used by millions of Azure customers. You’ll be part of a framework that empowers other teams across Microsoft to create and monitor their user experiences. This role promises the use of innovative technologies and the flexibility of working from home, all while contributing to a secure, manageable, and explorative Azure environment. In this role you will lead product architecture and critical initiatives to evolve and azure portal infrastructure for upcoming needs of Azure customers. You will help in buildout of azure portal for the next generation azure cloud.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  
  • OR equivalent experience.

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• You will create clarity for the team and mentor junior members by creating a sense of purpose on this mission.
