What You’ll DoWhat You’ll Bring
- Small scale electrical andinstrumentation installation for low voltage applications
- Troubleshooting electrical andinstrumentation designs for packaged equipment
- Commissioning low voltage electricaland control systems and ensuring equipment runs as designed
- Minor PLC code change based onEngineer instruction. Schematic revisions using ePlan and Autocad
- Collaborate with relevant teams todetermine optimal locations to install hardware
- Basic mechanical assembly tasks includingbolting brackets, cover and using basic hand tools
- Support engineers as they iterate onsystem designs by providing direct feedback on how systems can be installed andfunctioning more effectively
- 4+ years working with industrialautomation systems
- Ability to work with minimalsupervision. Ability to handle multiple tasks with differing priorities
- Experience with instrumentationincluding flow, level, pressure, and temperature measuring devices
- Experience with analog control valvesand discrete on/off valves. Experience with starters and VFDs. Familiarity withcable tray, conduit and cable installation
- Knowledge when working with lowvoltage (24 VDC – 480 VAC) power distribution, cabinet design, fabrication, andcommissioning
- Familiarity with using electricalinstruments: DMM, scope, Network analyzer, and mechanical tools for diagnosingand repairing equipment
- Must have command of the Englishlanguage, both written and verbal
