Key Responsibilities:
• Develop technical testing methods for mission-critical features
• Inspect the results of the testing and continuously refine and improve the testing methodologies - defining what 'good' looks like
• Establish and oversee quality metrics and improvement initiatives that scale across our network
• Drive engineering excellence for complete system implementations
• Foster collaboration between engineers, vendors, customers, and business stakeholders
• Champion data-driven decision making and continuous improvement

- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience writing technical documents, project plans and progress reports to leadership and to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), or a related technical field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in complex system testing, commissioning, verification, and validation
- Experience designing and implementing systems within large-scale industrial or logistics facilities
- Experience with Operational Technology interfacing patterns
