Job Summary:
As a Project Manager within the Regulatory Operations, you will be spearheading various programs as part of our Program Management team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, operations management, and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale projects within the bank, specifically focusing on changes related to regulatory compliance and operations.
- Drive initiatives from conception through to completion, demonstrating exceptional leadership and project management skills.
- Ensure that all projects align with regulatory requirements and bank standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand and integrate regulatory changes into daily operations.
- Utilize effective project management strategies to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Execute projects autonomously, efficiently managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Drive Measures of Success: Sustainable Regulatory Operations service, able to meet the needs of future demand in an efficient and effective manner; Proactive Regulatory Operations service that is positioned to help drive regulatory agenda across the firm, and; An inclusive culture, that enables all employees, colleagues, and partners to be their true self in the working environment.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion in a banking or financial services environment.
- Proven track record in operations management and navigating regulatory landscapes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to banking and financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, complex projects independently.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
