Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and remote staff support.
Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and services to ensure a well-maintained workspace.
Assist with remote staff onboarding, including workspace setup and IT coordination.
Handle office-related budget management, including tracking expenses and negotiating with suppliers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols in the remote office setup.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience providing sales executive administrative support
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
Proficient with PowerPoint to create and edit presentations
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
