You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Lead and assisting with all related tasks. You may be required to perform administrative tasks, update the system database, create different marketing materials, and foster strong relationships with our internal stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Duration: 12 months + possibility to get prolonged (under the condition of being an active full-time student)
Time schedule: 30 / 32 / 40 hours per week
The tasks will vary within the marketing mix, e.g. support to develop campaigns elements, drive parts of event/webinar management and pre-and post-event nurturing activities, run analytics and data-driven marketing and more:
- Collaboration in the execution of innovative projects
- Support in the creation and adaptation of marketing documents and presentations relating to the Marketing Team
- Taking responsibility for self-created concepts and projects
- Take a part of organization of events and workshops of the marketing team
- Administrative support for the Hungarian Marketing team
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Student - preferred major(s): business administration, economics, marketing, communication, media management
- First experience and previous knowledge from other marketing department or agency
- Strength in analytical and strategic thinking or in creative work
- Computer skills: Knowledge is a plus in all MS Office programs (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Language skills: Fluent in Hungarian and fluent in English
- Soft Skills: Feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- You have to be very diligent, follow deadlines independently, conceptually strong, very good in copy writing, brave for new tasks
