The Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager tolead and manage delivery of ELV, SCADA and ICT systems in Al Madinah region. Asthe Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination,execution, and completion of projects related to the systems in road/tunnelsinfrastructure environment.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive projectplans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders todefine project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure adherence to projectmanagement methodologies and best practices.
• Monitor project progress,identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project documentation,including project charters, schedules, budgets, and status reports.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead cross-functional projectteams, including engineers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Provide clear direction,guidance, and support to team members.
• Foster a collaborative andpositive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
• Conduct regular team meetings toreview project status, address challenges, and ensure alignment with projectgoals.

Stakeholder Management:

• Establish and maintain strongrelationships with end users, and key project stakeholders.
• Regularly communicate projectupdates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Address stakeholder concerns andmanage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the client’sEngineering and Delivery Teams to integrate systems and ensure compliance withregulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance and Risk Management:

• Implement quality controlprocesses to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems and services.
• Conduct regular inspections andtests to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
• Identify and mitigate projectrisks, including technical, operational, and financial risks.
• Implement effective changemanagement processes to handle scope changes and minimize project disruptions.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Develop and manage projectbudgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
• Monitor project expenses,identify cost-saving opportunities, and address budgetary constraints.

• Coordinate with procurementteams to source and manage necessary equipment, materials, and services.

• Bachelor's degree inEngineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a ProjectManager, specifically in managing ELV, SCADA. ICT and security system projectswithin the infrastructure industry.
• Excellent project managementskills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Demonstrated leadershipabilities, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication,negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project managementsoftware and tools
• PMP certification or equivalentis a plus.
