What you’ll do

• Create product documentation, community content, tutorials, graphics, and videos to help users understand and engage with SAPUI5.
• Document new features and maintain the current documentation set.
• Improve the user experience by providing high-quality UI texts and in-app help.
• Plan and track your own work assignments and deliver them on time in compliance with the applicable guidelines and product standards.
• Gather user feedback and conduct data analysis to continuously improve your content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, software developers, user experience (UX) professionals to create content effectively.
• Test the software functionality as part of the documentation process.
• Review and improve API documentation created by software developers.

What you bring

• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them clearly. Strong communication skills and a cooperative mindset.
• Experience in creating product documentation, technical writing, and/or UX writing, experience with DITA is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and within given time constraints.
• Degree in IT, Technical Writing, or a related field such as English, Translation, or Communications.
• Knowledge and/or conceptual understanding in application development is a plus (preferred language Java or JavaScript).

Contract type:

• For this role, we are offering a 1-year limited contract for a maternity leave replacement.
