Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in C++ or Python languages and with data structures/algorithms, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 1 year of experience building and deploying recommendation systems models (e.g., retrieval, prediction, ranking, personalization, search quality, embedding) in production.
- 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- Experience working with recommendation systems, information retrieval, or search infrastructure.
- Experience in developing large-scale, multimodal ML models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
