Key job responsibilities
* Leverage internal tools and processes to track and report status to business partners and leaders. Share results of audits on regular basis as per established frequency and quality standards
* Take end-to-end ownership to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure identified issues are addressed and improvement has been sustained
* Maintain subject matter expertise specific to job function and general industry awareness
* Reporting of key trends, performing deep dive analysis and collaborating with global stakeholders to share critical insights for further action/ analysis
* Identify root cause and areas of improvements in the process audited. Provides ideas for process improvements to enhance process efficiency, quality and customer experience
* Use critical thinking and demonstrate high ownership while reviewing processes and technologyA day in the life* Introducing new systems and procedures that drive defect identification and reduction by partnering with internal teams and business groups to adopt improvements
* Verifying quality metrics are in place and triggering containment and corrective actions as necessary
* Creating and presenting quality reports and dashboards to KfB leadership
* Continually evaluating solutions not only for quality and business impact, but scalability
* Diving deep in the details, as well as identifying big-picture trends and recommendations based on the data

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to comfortably engage with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
Strong attention to details and ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets
Problem solving skills
Experience creating audits and outcome reports
Experience in MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Experience creating audits and outcome reports
Solid track record for delivery of high quality products
Strong time management and ownership of deliverables
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting
Proficiency in another EU language besides English (preferably Italian or German)
