Business partnering with executive management team; primary finance partner for Business Management, Global Product Marketing, & Business Management Operations
Develop relationships with business stakeholders supporting BU pricing strategy
Analyzes product pricing performance and works with Business Management on closing gaps in pricing expectations for deals and sales opportunities.
Partner with portfolio leads to ensure execution to PDP pricing assumptions
Support long range strategic review, focusing on Competitive & Market share analysis
Support the adoption of CRP and new pricing metrics into existing business processes including in large order deals, SEM and SIP. Drive process corrections in upstream to ensure data fidelity for revenue forecast accuracy and value capture opportunities
BU Pricing Lead (Alpine) on Gross Margin Leadership Team (GMLT)
Performs competitive or Red Team analytics
Key participant on Agile Finance initiatives and financial system enhancements
CandidateRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics or related field (MBA preferred)
7+ years of progressive business experience with focus on analytics
Experience with large international MFG and/or Engineering tech companypreferred
Experience with enterprise level financial systems (SAP/BPC/Tableau preferred)
Excellent communication skills including partnering with executive leaders and the greater finance team, providing recommendations and insights for strategic and operational decisions.
Data gathering/reporting – tools, techniques, and processes for gathering/reporting data for measuring business results, objectives, and strategies
Data Analytics – data analysis tools to sort through and analyze data to identify factors impacting performance and to gain greater insight into trends
