- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in program management with an IT or Technology company with certification in program management.
- Experience in setting and executing on vendor strategies, including managing third party vendors to motivate execution against set Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
- Experience in investigative and problem solving with business judgment, and ability to analyze data and present insights/recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to identify and implement processes and manage operational initiatives across multiple teams or regions.
- Excellent leadership and collaborating skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.
