Your responsibilities will include
- Lead Global Annual Operating Plan processes, partnering with global finance teams on continuous process improvements while leveraging new financial system capabilities.
- Coordinate, prepare, and analyze monthly financial reporting by division, region, and function, working across the team to understand the various drivers.
- Analyze key areas of focus for the Senior Management team such as global headcount reporting, T&E spend, digital initiatives, etc.
- Consolidate total company, divisional, and regional P&L’s analyzing trends and understanding/tracking variances to plan and forecast by P&L line item.
- Coordinate the quarterly forecasting cycles working with Global Finance teams to define, communicate, and manage all requirements to develop financial statements; troubleshoot as needed and partner with divisions/regions/functions during the process.
- Maintain and enhance P&L modelling for quarterly/annual estimates, using inputs from businesses and external factors, comparing trends against recent forecasts and external guidance.
- Quickly and accurately respond to ad hoc queries from internal customers (including Sr./Executive Management).
- Assist in preparing schedules for CFO updates to the Executive team.
- Support Global Headcount reporting processes, partnering closely with HR and Finance in monitoring headcount investments and growth.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities to streamline core FP&A processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness as well as support overall company optimization initiatives.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analysis, planning, and business support experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a complex, highly matrixed worldwide organization and simplify that matrix for reporting and analytical purposes

- Track record of successful business partnering. Advanced knowledge of tools and systems (Hyperion Planning/Smartview, Excel, etc.)
