- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data center operations in non-data center industries (e.g., power generation, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration, industrial manufacturing, military, oil and gas, maritime/marine, chemical cluster, etc.).
- 2 years of experience in facilities management with facility, technical, and team management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in collaborating with business units to meet company goals and standards.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in a data center environment.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels.
