What You'll Do

  1. Directly recruit, manage, and mentor a sales team responsible for growing Enterprise clients on the U4B platform, focusing on upsell and cross-sell motions
  2. Responsible for establishing a customer obsessed organization and developing and operationalizing strategy to achieve critical metrics
  3. Engage and align effectively in C-level meetings with Enterprise clients, actively listen to understand business objectives and challenges, and align our solutions to accomplish partner goals
  4. Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline, own & achieve sales goals on a quarterly basis, and mentor Growth Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals
  5. Establish an effective partnership with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

What You'll Need

  1. 1-2 years of Sales Leadership experience
  2. 5+ years of Sales experience
  3. Leadership experience hiring and coaching a sales teams selling into large enterprises
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as stakeholder management, sales systems design, and data analysis experience
  5. Experience with Salesforce; ability to develop analysis based on CRM data in a scalable manner
