The CM Professional will be responsible for guiding and managingbudget, quality, and contract negotiation) on multiple project assignments and will manage project development from conception through completion (both largeand small) in accordance with program objectives.We’ll look to you to manage all budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures and controls for assignedprojects. You’ll manage the review and approval process for consultant invoices and contractor pay applications as well as change orders and coordinate withControl Manager for proper posting in the reporting program.
