phase, through completion of the project, to the post-construction, activation, commissioning, and stabilization we function as an extension of our clients' goalsand aspirations.Construction Management Professional Specialist - Healthcare role in Seattle, WA.As a Construction Management Professional of capital projects, you’ll be responsible for the management of various subcontractors, process improvementactivities, training and day to day leadership of all PMCM staff aligned to this client group. Duties will include, weekly and monthly reporting, establishment ofPMCM best practices, schedule management, change management and executive reporting. The CM Professional will be responsible for guiding and managingbudget, quality, and contract negotiation) on multiple project assignments and will manage project development from conception through completion (both largeand small) in accordance with program objectives.We’ll look to you to manage all budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures and controls for assignedprojects. You’ll manage the review and approval process for consultant invoices and contractor pay applications as well as change orders and coordinate withControl Manager for proper posting in the reporting program.

As the CM Professional, you’ll manage and resolve complex design and construction related issues, disputes, and disagreements; and review status andmonitor variances of the construction project database relative to scheduling and cost control reporting. Additionally, you’ll attend assigned meetings, conductchartering engagements, integrate and communicate with all stakeholders, develop and hold weekly job progress meetings with staff and document performanceas necessary.

Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
