RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Customer Success team in hitting their retention and growth targets
  • Drive and optimize key processes in Customer Success - territory design, quota setting, opportunity management, compensation, headcount management
  • Develop and enforce operating rhythms across Customer Success for renewal forecasting, account strategy, risk mitigation, and territory management
  • Influence, support, and drive strategic initiatives across the Customer Success team
  • Deeply contribute to the GTM planning cycle as a representative of Customer Success, working as the strategic thought partner to the revenue leadership teams and collaborate with Finance, HR, and GTM Strategy & Ops teams to set an ambitious growth vision
  • Develop recommendations on key strategic initiatives from initial hypotheses generation, analysis, and executive ready output
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, and/or strategy consulting roles
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and grow more junior resources whether through formal management or project leadership
  • Systems and process mindset, with experience operationally managing a revenue function
  • Comfortable working closely and building relationships with GTM executives
  • Experience analyzing marketing, sales, or customer data
  • Comfortable with data and ambiguity; able to both delve into the details and operational tactics, and engage meaningfully on the big picture or overall strategy
  • Motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
