The Service360 Product Owner will be the trusted data advisor in GDI&A (Global Data Insights & Analytics) supporting the following teams: Ford Pro, FCSA (Ford Customer Service Analytics) and FCSD (Ford Customer Service Division) Business. This is an exciting opportunity that provides the Product Owner a well-rounded experience. The position requires translation of FCSD Analytical needs into specific data products that should be built by collaborating with the IT Product Managers.
