Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field and 7+ years’ experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
• OR master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field and 6+ years’ experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence.
- 8+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
- 3+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with supply chain analytics and modeling techniques
- Experience with big data technologies such as Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Hive, Spark, or Scope
- Experience in PowerPlatform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate)
- Experience developing and deploying ML models to solve real-world problems.
- Experience with Python or R and applying statistical techniques to extract insights.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to integration processes and configuration
• Experience in defining and executing on data product vision and strategy
• Develop BI solutions to deliver insights and metrics to stakeholders with rapidly evolving requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Collect, interpret, analyze, and visualize data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.
• Proficiency in SQL Query building, or other data databases management
• Proficiency in visualization tools Microsoft PowerBI, Excel
• Proactively identify opportunities for improving data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, take high-level requirements, and work independently and within a team environment with consistent follow up, organization and prioritization skills, and excellent attention to detail
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Work closely with analysts and engineering to deliver solutions aligned to established architecture rules
