Elastic Sr Business Analyst - Planning India 100325232
- Act as technical SME for Clari, Workday Adaptive Planning, and other revenue-impacting systems, as needed.
- Provide first-level support and Administration for said applications.
- Promote the use of these systems throughout the Elastic organization.
- Manage the vendor CSM and Support relationships and renewal planning and management.
- Lead evaluation of new vendor features and functionality for adoption within the business.
- Lead the internal Quarterly Business Review for each supported application.
- Understand the competitive landscape for assigned applications.
- Support territory carving and GTM resource planning to optimize our coverage model across top markets and our incentive comp strategy across all GTM roles.
- 2-4+ years work experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Strategy, FP&A, Management Consulting, or similar field in SaaS organizations with strong exposure to go-to-market strategy.
- Prior experience using Clari and Workday Adaptive Planning, or other forecasting and territory management tools.
- Proven ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft recommendations and results into easily digestible messages, communications, and executive presentations.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills.
- Highly collaborative style and the ability to adjust on the fly to new demands with a sense of urgency.
- Experience with the Salesforce.com platform
