What you'll do
As a Technology Services Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in technical and architectural discussions with customers and in developing solution roadmaps. Your responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and implementing SAP support methodologies.
- Providing expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion strategies, migration paths, methodologies, and tools.
- Supporting customers with technical queries and requirements throughout their lifecycle within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services engagement scope.
- Understanding Hyperscaler/Cloud architectures, including networking and virtual technologies such as load balancers and virtual machines.
- Taking ownership and leading operational tasks, managing escalations, and driving process improvements.
- Managing the operation of technical system landscapes, ensuring high-quality, stable operations.
- Identifying key issues, defining actionable plans, and leading resolution efforts.
- Supporting customer satisfaction initiatives and handling commercial change requests.
- Collaborating with SAP stakeholders, including Sales, Presales, Renewals, and Customer Success Partners, to ensure customer success.
Experience and Expertise:
- At least 8+ years of experience in SAP Technical Administration, preferably in server management (Linux, Windows).
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the administration and operations of SAP solutions.
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA architectures, migration paths, and related tools.
- Solid expertise in SAP HANA and its technical architecture, implementation, and change management.
- Proven ability in technical planning, configuration, and implementation across multiple SAP and non-SAP technologies.

- Skilled in coordinating delivery and projects as a team lead in a diverse and heterogeneous environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic, distributed, and virtual team.
- Experience working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.

- Excellent focus on customer needs with strong networking, relationship-building, and decision-making abilities.
- Results-driven approach to achieving objectives and delivering value to customers.
Communication and Language:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in German is an added advantage.
