Ebay C2C Initiatives Manager

What you will Accomplish:

  • Scope, develop and own recommendations that drive the C2C business performance. Be responsible for your ideas from inception to implementation in improving the selling experience.

  • Alongside the rest of the team; drive insights into the wider cross functional team & C2C leadership to help inform decisions. Regular read outs will be required.

  • Manage regular cadences to monitor, report on and drive C2C business performance

  • Monitor competitor trends and work with the Global C2C team to coordinate these insights

  • Gain a deep understanding of C2C business performance through partnership with analytics and conduct your own analysis to complete business cases.

  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to drive on-site and email marketing efforts across team initiatives. Ensuring their timely completion and tracking their performance.

  • Collaborate with global business teams to drive testing of features/initiatives, i.e initiatives that support listing completion and conversion

What you will bring:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Capable of leading effective discussions to help cross functional teams reach a consensus and then lead on next steps

  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Customer obsession. Able to share compelling evidence and narratives to support ideas i.e features that our sellers want or areas we can improve our selling experience

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented, organized and enjoys project management;

  • Curious, enthusiastic, and positive when approaching internal stakeholders and tasks

  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with writing SQL would be a plus.

  • Experience of selling online (e.g.eBay, Vinted, Facebook, Depop, etc)
