Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or other health-related fields.
2 to 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably in intragastric balloons or bariatric endoscopy.
Proven ability to engage healthcare professionals and support product adoption through clinical evidence and technical knowledge.
Knowledge of the endobariatric segment and experience working with bariatric surgeons, endoscopists, and gastroenterologists. Understanding of the patient journey, treatment pathways, and market dynamics for obesity interventions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Able to resolve clinical and commercial challenges in real-time, both independently and in team environments.
Capability to understand key commercial metrics, support product positioning, and contribute to pricing and market development strategies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience with intragastric balloon products or bariatric therapies.
Background in launching new technologies or disruptive solutions in the endoscopy market.
Strong clinical aptitude and ability to translate clinical data into commercial value.
Familiarity with regulatory and reimbursement processes for obesity treatment devices.
Experience in multinational companies, with knowledge of their operational and multicultural dynamics.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
