We'll expect you to:
• Work closely with Project Managers and other discipline Engineers to produce quality drawings.
• Perform engineering work in various engineering fields within the company such as water, wastewater, pipelines, pump stations and reservoirs.
• Ability to manage the civil engineering design, prepare reports, develop plans and specifications.
• Create engineering markups.
• Review survey and basemap drawings on projects.
• Be relied on as productive team member and discipline lead to work a typical set of project documents from beginning to end with professional quality output that conforms to company or client standards.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines at the same time.
• Stamp work as engineer of record with P.E.
• Understanding of specifications and the ability to edit specifications on projects.
• Ability to generate earthwork quantities/generate reports with an understanding of sloping grades.
• Coordination of activities between all disciplines at the project level ranging from stormwater, erosion control, site development and underground utilities.
