Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards in our FP&A system (Pigment) tracking key financial & operational KPIs to be used by executives in strategic decision making
  • Help develop and implement the annual business plan, working closely with the entire leadership team across Pagaya’s verticals to monitor budget vs actuals
  • Work alongside the controllership team to ensure journal entries are recorded with appropriate tags to use in our reporting & forecasting
  • Develop impactful, compelling presentation materials (dashboards, decks, models, etc.) that effectively communicate business performance, financial drivers, risks, and opportunities to leadership and external stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally to assess and manage financial performance and to streamline implementation of initiatives, processes, and systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, Public Accounting, Valuation Services, Transaction Advisory or other relevant fields with minimum 1-2 years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance
  • Strong financial modeling skills including P&L, BS & CF
  • Experience developing, maintaining and enhancing complex driver-based revenue and expense models preferably using an FP&A system
  • Solid understanding of both finance and accounting concepts
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of inputs used in forecasting
  • Ability to organize and analyze data sets and present in an understandable manner
  • Advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in other Microsoft Office & Google Suite programs
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills
  • Motivated, self-starter, ability to multi-task, and detail-oriented
  • Team player with strong communication skills

Compensation Range for New York Based Hires

$115,000 - $150,000 USD
