Build and maintain dashboards in our FP&A system (Pigment) tracking key financial & operational KPIs to be used by executives in strategic decision making
Help develop and implement the annual business plan, working closely with the entire leadership team across Pagaya’s verticals to monitor budget vs actuals
Work alongside the controllership team to ensure journal entries are recorded with appropriate tags to use in our reporting & forecasting
Develop impactful, compelling presentation materials (dashboards, decks, models, etc.) that effectively communicate business performance, financial drivers, risks, and opportunities to leadership and external stakeholders
Work cross-functionally to assess and manage financial performance and to streamline implementation of initiatives, processes, and systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
4-6 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, Public Accounting, Valuation Services, Transaction Advisory or other relevant fields with minimum 1-2 years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance
Strong financial modeling skills including P&L, BS & CF
Experience developing, maintaining and enhancing complex driver-based revenue and expense models preferably using an FP&A system
Solid understanding of both finance and accounting concepts
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of inputs used in forecasting
Ability to organize and analyze data sets and present in an understandable manner
Advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in other Microsoft Office & Google Suite programs
Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills
Motivated, self-starter, ability to multi-task, and detail-oriented
Team player with strong communication skills
Compensation Range for New York Based Hires
$115,000 - $150,000 USD
