Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using AI-driven analytics to inform data-driven decisions.

  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact business operations using predictive analytics.

Required

  • Six+ years of relevant work experience in operations, strategy, or agency roles.
  • 10+ years of success in account/project management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, campaign development, and strategic frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and a creative problem solver.

Preferred

  • Six+ years in a creative environment within a corporate or agency setting.
  • Agency and/or marketing experience.
