You will be a go-to person for sales for all ordering-related topics, especially creation of paperwork. Every document our customers will sign, will go through your review to ensure its accuracy and compliance.
As an Order Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Cooperating daily with sales in order to find the best and optimal contract structure
- Translating customer needs into valid orders/contracts
- Assisting our sales team with the renewal of existing customer contracts
- Working with internal cross-functional teams to obtain approvals for standard and non-standard orders
- Acting as a subject matter expert on the selling polices, looking for future improvements
- Drafting business terms in case of special deal's requirements
- Staying up to date with Akamai products portfolio updates (pricing, structure, features)
