What you'll do...

As a Product Manager III on the Product Analytics team, you will play a critical role in decoding user behavior on our digital products. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, collect, analyze user data and build actionable insights. You will be responsible for user-centric dashboards that capture key performance indicators to help our product teams in their strategic decision-making and improving customer experience. You will be conducting data analysis on products used by millions of customers across:

  • Pharmacy – Digital products to support associates and staff and consumer-facing digital features for mobile-apps and responsive websites
  • Vision Center - Digital products to support associates and providers in-store and external mobile-app and responsive websites to support consumers with their vision needs.

What you’ll get to lead…

  • Deliver product analytics for desktop and mobile application that help drive better customer experiences and health outcomes
  • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to identify key performance metrics and reporting needs
  • Capture, track and visualize Clickstream data using Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics
  • Visualize data using Tableau/ PowerBI/ Looker and conduct analyses after product launches
  • Synthesize, analyze and communicate data insights to different stakeholders to influence actionable decisions
  • Monitor consumer engagement data and product quality metrics to identify data anomaly and participate in the investigation
  • Adhere to standard processes, compliance/security guidelines and best practices within the company
  • Collaborate with product managers, and engineers to prioritize requirements in a rapidly changing environment and create product roadmaps
  • Design, execute and analyze A/B tests to improve consumer experience
  • Communicate project status and roadblocks on a regular basis to stakeholders

  • You are excited about solving very complex challenges and can create structure amidst ambiguity
  • You are scrappy but do not sacrifice on quality – you have a test-and-learn mentality and an agile way of working cross-functionally and collaboratively to improve your team’s products

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
  • Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
  • Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
