Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:- High School Diploma.- Technical Degree, diploma, or an advanced bachelor's degree student in Electronics, Electromechanical, Mechatronic, or related engineering field.- Minimum 6 years' experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment.- Willing to work during weekends and compressed work week (12 Hours a day).- Medium English level is desired.- Unrestricted Costa Rican work permit.Preferred Qualifications:Experience using metrology equipment.Problem Solving Methodologies.Experience on visual inspection operations and defect validation and disposition.Windows Software Packages Proficiency.Experience in Basic Statistical Process Control and Lot disposition tools.Experience High Volume Manufacturing/Lab Environment and Familiar with defect signature.Experience in process overview in Assembly and/or Test and Finish.Experience in Metrology, such as Reject Validation and Measurement/Inspection Equipment.We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
