In this role, you’ll help simplify, streamline and synthesize the data and insights Geos need to make informed decisions and locally relevant talent strategies. By combining strong business acumen and an analytical mindset, you’ll help tell compelling stories with data that simplify the complex and illuminate opportunities. Through coaching and advising, you’ll strengthen the data capability of Nike HR and help integrate People Analytics into the daily rhythms of Geo. You’ll understand the local Geo nuances of their analytical needs and advocate for solutions that support Nike’s People Strategy and drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and advise HR and business leaders on the use of and interpretation of people data
- Support Geo HR and business leaders in planning, managing, and monitoring resourcing
- Help Geo HR teams understand how to use the various tools and channels available to them to find the data they need and derive insights from that data
- Identify and understand unique Geo analytics needs and help broker those resources
- Partner with Global teams to build innovative products and conduct impactful analyses that deliver insights and facilitate decision-making
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of work experience in management consulting, business operations, business analytics, corporate strategy, corporate finance, or quantitative HR fields
- Experience leading engagements with senior executives in large organizations
- Familiarity with Retail, E-Commerce and Tech business models
- Broad understanding of statistical methods, especially regression
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and other data analysis tools
