We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and implementation of business tools for revenue planning, sales territory planning, quota deployment, and sales rewards distribution. As a Senior Product Manager Technical you will work extensively with sales, deal desk ,legal and finance teams to understand business requirements and work with engineers to build systems on 1P (Amazon Systems) and 3P (Salesforce) technology stacks . You will be responsible for identifying and, discovering customer problems, defining business strategy, defining product vision, building the product roadmap, writing detailed requirements, evangelizing the product within the organization, managing executive stakeholders and launching product to target users. You will constantly need to make tradeoffs to balance between large forward thinking initiatives and smaller incremental value adds.

Export Control Requirement:

- 5+ years of technical product management experience.
- 5+ years experience of working directly with engineering teams.
- 3+ years of experience working on B2B business processes.
- Knowledge of B2B sales lifecycle and deal management processes.

- Prior experience of working on revenue planning and sales compensation systems
- Prior experience of working with Salesforce SPIF
