What will you be doing

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, R&D, and Q&R to ensure that technical contents of our products are effectively produced and edited. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Search, gather and maintain detailed database of up-to-date reference materials.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain an in-depth understanding of the products and documentation requirements.

3. Plan, design, write, and standardize various technical contents (Product / User manuals, Datasheets /Installation videos, All technical marketing materials, etc.) that meet applicable standards and are appropriate for its intended use

4. Create graphics and visual aids using 2D or 3D design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CAD, SolidWorks, 3D model rending and video editing tools)

5. Develop contents in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all contents.

6. Work with relevant teams to identify documentation repositories, and determine best solutions for data management, compilation, and centralized storage.
