Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (& above) AND 5 years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Excellent in project, dependency & risks management.
• 2+ years of experience in database querying using SQL and working in web analytics, big data, data science and analytics tool are plus.
• 3+ years working in Ad Tech OR equivalent experience. Experience on Demand-Side integration, Supply-Side integration and/or Data Partner integration is big Plus.
• Fast learner for in-depth understanding E2E architecture in complex technology platform; Strong analytics and problem solving skills.
• Agility to adapt to business and customer/partners dynamics in fast moving environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English in both oral and written is required.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
• Lead E2E enablement and integrate Microsoft Monetize platform across 1P & 3P partners on demand and supply
• Design, manage & optimize experimentation with the goal to maximize the marketplace revenue, while balance the value to all parties.
• Advise clients as well as internal teams as an S2S technology expert (e.g. OpenRTB over real-time network connections).
• Analyze the marketplace data and supply/demand dynamic to identify and land revenue opportunities.
• Test new product features, create runbooks & enablement processes, and roll-out products to S2S clients with Product & Engineering.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex S2S integration-related issues or networking issues.
• Create documents and internal tools to facilitate the integration process.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.
Monitoring of application alerts to take necessary actions.
