Work in a modern office environment.

As the Office Manager for our Paris office, you'll be responsible for a variety of office duties. Sitting in reception, you'll be the front line and first point of contact for our visitors. You'll also provide administrative support services to site leads and Senior managers. This will include travel requests, expense submission and calendar management.

As an Office Manager , you will be responsible for:

• Establishing procedures for office maintenance, working with the landlord and contractors on facilities related issues.
• Managing office vendor relationships, negotiate, closing and support ongoing relationships.
• Providing administrative assistant to managers, HR and Finance departments.
• Working closely with the site lead and support with various initiatives.
• Planning and executing internal events including team specifics.
• Supporting in-office customer and partner meetings, including logistics, planning and catering.
• Maintaining a safe and secure working environment, acting as Safety Officer for the office.
• Managing post and courier service delivery and monitoring office supplies and food inventory.

• Have relevant experience managing a busy front reception including associated administrative tasks.
• Have knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
• Have knowledge of business and management principles.
• Have computer skills (Microsoft Office) and knowledge of other office software packages.
• Have fluency in French and English.

The position as Office Manager is office based. However, due to our Flexible Working Program, one or two days home office are feasible with this role.
