Perform customer service activities including fixing, intense problem solving, maintaining and repairing of multi-disciplinary equipment in multiple fields at the customer facility in Kiryat Gat
Represent the company to the customer and assume accountability for customer satisfaction with service.
Assure operational quality of system equipment. Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree or Practical Engineer degree
At least 2-4 years of experience in multisystem maintenance - MUST
Position requires teamwork as well as independent learning, excellent analytical skills, communication in Hebrew and English, overseas training and ability to work in weekends when necessary.
