As part of theSenior Director, Product Managementrole, you will:

  • Lead product management function for a portfolio of products focused on ensuring high quality, compliant software

  • Build and lead a high performing team of product managers who will continually raise the bar on great customer outcomes, product strategy, and roadmap development

  • Create strategy and roadmap for automated testing capabilities in support of autonomous continuous deployments capable of supporting no-human intervention releases

  • Create strategy and roadmap for automated vulnerability remediation, including leveraging distroless containers and frequent runtime container refreshes

  • Leverage hands-on experience with quality assurance and container management solutions, including Sonar, Sealights, Kubernetes, etc.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across cybersecurity, risk, compliance, supplier management, engineering and lines of business

  • Drive roadmap and strategy for our automated testing and vulnerability remediation solutions, while keeping a pulse on the industry landscape, customer and stakeholder needs and vendor roadmap

  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, defining success metrics and ongoing enhancements

  • Technology Driven.You’ll be responsible for fostering a strong agile discipline and inspiring teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metricsYou’ll partner with Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant and scalable technology solutions that solve material customer and business problemsYou’ll govern the responsible and efficient application of technology resources by assessing opportunities for reusing existing solutions, clearly defining minimum viable products, and always building with extensibility in mind

  • Integrated Problem Solving.Develop and champion a bold vision that drives meaningful outcomes by embracing the art of the possible. Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer

  • Transformational Leadership.You’ll establish a long-term product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business needs, and partner with leaders and stakeholders to regularly drive alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments. You’ll attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they develop and deliver on their local product strategy in an iterative, outcome-focused and well-managed way

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 8 years of experience in digital product management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

  • MBA or Master’s degree

  • Experience as a Software Engineer or Quality Assurance Engineer

  • 8+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $272,600 - $311,200 for Sr. Dir, Product Management Illinois (Hybrid On-Site): $254,100 - $290,000 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
