Internal Communications:
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement supported by a team of expert communicators around the world.
  • Manage and update the intranet platform (Igloo experience and knowledge would be ideal) to ensure smooth and effective company-wide communication.
  • Design eye-catching PowerPoint presentations for executive and leadership communications.
  • Craft compelling executive messaging, employee newsletters, and announcements.
  • Support internal campaigns and engagement initiatives to foster a strong company culture.
  • Maintain and manage the company distribution lists in the e-mail broadcast tool (Brevo).
External Communications:
  • Drive social media marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and engagement as part of the company social marketing team.
  • Create impactful PR campaigns and manage media relations as part of the global company PR team.
  • Develop content for external platforms, including blogs, press releases, and industry publications aligned with marketing campaigns and company priorities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and non-digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align messaging with business goals.
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • 6-8 years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, or Marketing Communications.
  • Strong expertise in Canva for designing high-impact visual content.
  • Experience in managing intranet platforms (preferably Igloo).
  • Previous experience in managing distribution lists within email tool (preferably Brevo/SendInBlue).
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging and clear messaging.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint with a creative approach to executive presentations.
  • Hands-on experience in social media marketing and public relations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple communication projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset to track and measure communication effectiveness
  • An excellent team player who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues around the world in different disciplines.
