Responsible for the maintenance and operations related to commercial office buildings. Has complete understanding and working knowledge of the Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protecting and alarm systems. drywall repairs, painting, plumbing piping repair, plumbing fixture installations and repairs, snaking drains, suspended ceiling reconfiguration and repair, flooring installation and repair, adjusting interior and exterior doors, minor cabinet repair, hanging items on walls. Proficient in the use of a verity of hand and power tools. Basic computer skills needed to navigate our systems. Willing to be on an 24/7 on call rotation. Clean DMV record. Willing to drive personal vehicle to complete daily assignments.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees the maintenance responsibilities for one or more commercial buildings throughout the United States and Canada

• Provides all scheduling, coordination and notification related to maintenance activities involving their building or site.

• Schedules contractors and conducts job walks, collects bids as it pertains to maintenance or construction actives.

• Forecasts equipment and site maintenance schedules.

• Provides annual budgetary projections.

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot commercial building automation systems.

• Ability to interpret and relay information gather from building blueprints

• Provides information and reports for local, state and federal authorities.

• May assist the business units with various tasks.

• May provide shipping and receiving for the business units occupying the buildings.

Job Requirements:

Requires 3 to 5 years experience operating and maintaining commercial buildings and properties. Must have basic computer skill. Valid driver license is required.

Pay range:

$30.74 - $46.12
