Sales, Account Manager, Point of Care Ultrasound (Chicago)


Your role:

  • This is a sales channel that will require knowledgeable and experienced salespeople to drive new Point of Care technology into multiple markets in and out of the hospital through identifying opportunities with existing and potential customers, developing and maintaining relationships with key physicians within the territory, and working closely with the product application specialist for product demonstrations. Having a thorough understanding of customer requirements and providing solutions in a consultative way, collaborating closely with the CV and GI account managers, and creating sales deals that are beneficial to customers and Philips.
  • This position works closely with internal and external partners including CV (cardiovascular) and GI (gastrointestinal) account managers, product application specialists, and other POCUS account managers, as well as, collaborating with marketing and customer stakeholders and decisionmakers.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in a commissioned field sales role with demonstrable history of quota achievement with medical capital equipment, preferably in Point of Care Ultrasound.
  • Your skills include financial selling skills, ability to develop and implement sales strategy in transactional sales environment. Clinical experience is a plus but not required.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You are able to travel 70%. This position covers Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
