What you'll do...
In the Commerce Platforms & Emerging Tech team, as a Senior Java Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in managing rotons for our store and .com platforms. You'll lead and participate in large-scale projects, gather requirements, write code, conduct unit testing, and ensure timely delivery. Your role will also include leadership in project teams, troubleshooting business and production issues, and providing user support. You'll have a hand in the discovery phase of significant projects and strive for continual improvement of our action plans. What You'll Do:
- Lead and participate in medium- to large-scale projects, including gathering requirements, writing code, conducting unit testing, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Provide leadership to project teams and cross-functional teams
- Troubleshoot business and production issues, including gathering information, engaging support teams, and performing root cause analysis
- Provide support to the business by responding to user questions, concerns, and issues
- Lead the discovery phase of medium to large projects, partnering with product management, project management, business, and user experience teams Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of professional experience with Back End Java development
- Experience developing algorithms
- Experience coding in an object-oriented programming language
- Experience with source code version control using Git
- Experience designing and developing REST API based microservices using Java and Spring framework and testing using test frameworks including Junit
- Experience with data modeling, testing, and querying relational database management systems
- Experience with data modeling, testing, and querying NoSQL database management systems
- Experience developing low-latency, high-throughput, stream-processing pipelines to handle real-time data
- Experience with application performance monitoring using data visualization tools including Kibana and Grafana
- Experience with Linux commands and Shell Scripting
- Experience with Continuous Integration and deployment automation in Jenkins.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
