Risk Assessments has quickly become a top focal area for our company and the financial services industry overall. The skills and experience obtained in this area are some of the most sought after in the market today. The Risk Assessment team is focused on developing risk management strategies, processes and tools to ensure our company effectively manages the business objectives and satisfies the regulatory requirements.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting ongoing governance and integration for the Assessment methodology including - change management, tech requirements, policy development, ah hoc analysis, etc.

• Providing project management and oversight for ERM strategic imperative project(s) execution to include - training, monitoring, management reporting, etc.

• Facilitating assessment governance and methodology consultative services to support ERM strategic projects and methodology

• Performing reporting to key stakeholders, including methodology enhancements, progress monitoring

The desired experience and skill set for the ideal candidate include:

• Strategic & analytic orientation: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.

• Strong communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Clear results orientation: display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals. He/she should be able to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment

• Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience

• At least 3 years of Risk Management Experience within Financial Services, Technology, Audit, or Compliance

• At least 3 years of experience in Process Management or Project Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Business Management, Risk Management, Financial Analysis, Process Management, Project Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems

• Business Process Management Certification, Six Sigma Certification, or Lean Certification

• Risk Management certifications

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management
