***PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. ***This role will be responsible for the supporting program management and tracking of the Lending Technology portfolio. The following experience and kills are required:• Leading and driving large scale enterprise programs under tight time restrictions
• Knowledge of transformation factory approaches, techniques, and best practices
• Developing, tracking, and trending key performance metrics
• SAFe/Agile methodology
• Leading Executive Level communications on program status
• Leading and Tasking Peers through Influence not authority• Highly analytical; possessing the ability to leverage incomplete data from a variety of sources, formulate logical conclusions, and take decisive actions
• Pattern recognition; has the ability to visualize highly complex and integrated risks, diagnose and prioritize these risks and direct remediation efforts prior to risks becoming issues
• Skilled at handling conflict, able to influence and think strategically
• Ability to influence decision makers, drive consensus and broker solutions between parties with competing or potentially conflicting requirements
• Decisive approach to pursuing quality deliverables and outcomes
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with others, to influence based upon knowledge and experience

  • Oversees portfolio managers and their assigned teams. Responsible for the success of the team in meeting objectives and timeframes. No requirement for portfolio size.
  • Facilitates the development and approval process for strategic initiative governance for assigned portfolios.
  • Oversees the development and review of analysis and reporting information related to key strategic portfolio milestones.
  • Oversight and accountability for the overall portfolio budget while working to ensure success of the portfolio.
  • Leads and develops portfolio managers. Works across multi-disciplinary functions and builds and oversees vender relationships to ensure success of the portfolio.

Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required.
