1. Strategic Account Oversight & Governance
· Own delivery accountability across assigned accounts, ensuring consistent execution and program success.
· Establish strong governance frameworks to manage scope, risk, and performance.
· Monitor consumed Annual Contract Value (cACV) and ensure progress on Commit-to-Consume (C2C) targets.
· Provide oversight to delivery managers and project teams
2. Adoption and Consumption Leadership
· Act as the Adoption and Consumption Executive, driving uptake and realized value of SAP solutions.
· Lead adoption strategies that support cloud transformation, AI innovation, and operational efficiency.
· Ensure delivery is aligned to RISE with SAP standards and CLEAN CORE architectures.
3. Business Transformation & Value Realization
· Guide digital transformation initiatives and develop long-term value plans.
· Leverage creative, AI-driven solutions to solve complex customer challenges
4. Executive Engagement & Relationship Management
· Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer and SAP executives.
· Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery-related matters.
· Promote transparency, alignment, and proactive communication across all stakeholders.
5. Service Expansion & Opportunity Development
· Partner with Sales to identify and shape new service opportunities.
· Support talent development and foster a culture of excellence, agility, and collaboration.
