In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy forproduct/functionality/experiencearea
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in digital strategy forproduct/functionality/experiencearea requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- A BS/BA degree or higher. MBA preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end product or channel management experience, from discovery through execution; experience developing strategy, roadmaps, business cases for a product or service
- Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product
- Experience leading major online customer programs, and experience with significant platform/product redesign definitions and launches
- Experience in leading UX/UI specific features or websites or portals.
- Experience inPayables/Receivables,payments, CB/CIB, dashboards and related domains.
- Strong relationship development skills
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
- Experience in productmanagement/development,program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industries
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Product Management.
- Delivery Execution as a product manager including cross-functional team engagement including engineering, design ( Global ).
- Stakeholder management ( Global ).
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days per week
- Flexible work hours including overlap with Pacific time zone
