Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Management

  • Lead the holistic Teamwear business functions

  • Design and implement short, mid to long term strategic channel business plan to overlook entire teamwear business from both inline and local creation to Locker Room

  • Oversee and formulate the teamwear product and marketing strategy (e.g. partnership marketing, sports marketing activation and brand communications) to ensure enhanced offering

  • Ensure brand equity for both Brand and Commercial channels

  • Develop the number of teams/clubs/communities/schools and NS to scale the teamwear business

  • Develop tool and implement Go-to-Market communication

  • Build strong business collaborative relationships with the major external accounts and partners to maximize growth

  • Navigate through business ambiguity and complexity to unlock the potential of Teamwear

  • Engage and collaborate with x-functional counterparts to achieve shared objectives

Systems and Processes

  • Develop and manage key business processes of responsible channels to ensure key targets achievement including NS, market share and customer satisfaction

  • Set x-functional operating model to make sure good level of integrity and cooperation on marketing, product, channels, sourcing, and operation side

People Management

  • Clearly communicate the specific targets and review with each direct report in line

  • Plan include goals, key job responsibilities, competency development, measures and follow-up activities

  • Makes sure all team members are able to well understand their job roles and responsibilities and provides proper guidance to secure the quality implementation in daily job

  • Provide supervisions, coaching and feedback to subordinates, insisting on integrity and openness

  • Manage, develop and motivate team in alignment with the departmental goals

  • Work with line manager on team needs decision, buildup, tasks delegation, working load balance etc.

  • Generate trust-worth and a high level of teamwork spirit across the organization

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Strategic Planning and overall management skill

  • Process oriented, yet flexible. Capable of implementing company firmly with staff and clients and of maintaining focus on result

  • Strong leadership, persuasiveness and people management skill

  • Tolerance to stress, high energy and strong job ownership

  • High degree of integrity and loyalty

  • Good at team work, demonstrating interest in training, coaching and motivating subordinates

  • Org savvy to comfortably manoeuvre within an MNC organization

  • Business acumen

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or above (MBA or other business-related qualification preferred)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management or commercial related for a leading consumer goods companies

  • Leadership: 3+ years of leadership of experts, x-functional projects and people

  • Cross-functional experience, ideally with marketing / sales / product management

  • Broad understanding of business value drivers and operations

  • Global mindset and ability to work cross-culturally

  • Proficient English required
