What you'll do...

The Principal Product Manager – Technology Commercialization will be responsible for leading the externalization of the of technology assets within Transportation, building a SaaS offering and driving it to market.

Success in this role requires high comfort with ambiguity, strong execution & entrepreneurial mentality, and passion for new technologies.

What you will do:

  • Evaluate the technology, conduct research, determine competitive landscape and business trends, and perform quantitative analysis to evaluate potential opportunities.

  • Define the MVP for a B2B product and the analytics to define success of product.

  • Create the roadmap for feature set roll out and monitor progress to milestones.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to answer questions and make scope trade off decisions for successful partnerships.

  • Ensure post-launch support and validate success of commercialized product against success metrics.

  • Evaluate customer pain points and continuously iterate and develop product Position requires a highly focused execution mentality in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 -10 years of experience in product management

  • 2-3 Product design Experience within Transportation Management systems, specifically first and middle mile space.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Operations Research or Product design or Product Commercialization

  • 2-3 years of experience with building and launching a new product in high growth SaaS start-ups

  • Engineering background a positive

  • Background in Sales/Technology Commercialization

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
